Nestled within the serene and secure Mauna Olu Estates, our newly constructed home offers a tranquil getaway for your vacation.

Enjoy this paradise vacation home miles away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Revel in the serenity off living off the beaten path in isolated Makaha Valley. This house boasts the added benefits of solar panels, providing eco-friendly energy solutions. Additionally, the entire house is equipped with premium split air conditioning ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

This charming home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms in the main residence. The upstairs master suite offers a luxurious king bed, expansive walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom for ultimate comfort. The second bedroom boasts a plush queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for families with its unique configuration of three twin beds, including bunk beds and a day bed.
The fourth bedroom is a downstairs master suite, designed as an additional dwelling unit, with a separate entrance accessible from the exterior of the main house. This spacious master suite features a kitchen (excluding the oven), a full bathroom, washer and dryer, a split air conditioner and a smart television. This accommodation is perfect for family members or friends who wish to stay with you while enjoying their own privacy.

This brand-new, stylish bedroom, bath home, distinct with unique Modern design elements, comfortably accommodates up to guests. -Parking: One in the garage and up to 2 in driveway. Please note, street parking is not allowed.

-A laundry area in the garage with a washer and dryer. Second laundry in downstairs Master suite
-Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, cooler and boogie boards.
-Backyard equipped with BBQ grill, jacuzzi, 2 Gazebos covering large Lanai for sunsets! Its worth noting this is real grass, not gravel landscaping like many houses in the development

-Please respect our quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am, to maintain the serenity of our
residential community
- Parties, events, or large gatherings are prohibited
-Guests have access to the entire house and private backyard.

Other Things To Note:
-For guests traveling from out of town, please note that Kapolei, with amenities such as Costco, Target,
and shopping malls, is 14 miles away. A rental car is recommended for convenient and timely travel.
-A golf course is just a short ten-minute walk from our home, located near the guard shack.
-World-famous Makaha beach is merely a five-minute drive down the valley.

house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers available by
phone 24/7 in case of emergencies

Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki. Disney Resort, Costco, and Foodland were all about 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Pearl Harbor wasn’t much further. The house was perfect, clean, and the mother in law apartment was awesome! If I could change 1 thing it would be a bigger and nicer bbq. Not everyone cooks on vacation, but I love to!
