4/2/25: ANNUAL Preventative Maintenance, Cleaning, & Repairs to our 6th floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, & Pool Deck areas. This process will require the TEMPORARY closure of the Pool/Jacuzzi deck (fenced areas) starting on Sunday, November 9th @ 9:00 p.m. and upon completion, we will re-open on Tuesday, November 18th @ 7:00 a.m. (weather permitting)

The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 9th Floor.

- Beach chairs, Boogie board & Cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Check-in is 3:30PM — Check-out IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Got a very good last minute deal for this unit. Checkin was easy and the condo was clean. The soft mattress was OK for a single person (as I read before some people felt like falling out of the bed when sharing this mattress). The views from the lanai aren ́t as good as from the upper floors but that ́s fine and for the price they were pretty good.
I was very satisfied with my stay.

Unit was exceptionally clean. Accessing building was a bit confusing late at night as google maps takes you to the back of the building. Room was well appointed. Bathroom is a bit tight. I totally missed that the unit was advertised to have a queen bed. My hubby is quite tall so it was a bit uncomfortable for us but that was my own fault entirely. Lanai was massive for a room of this size, loved that as well. Always happy with Alii Beach Rentals! Thanks for another wonderful stay!
