Upon arrival at this private Pacific Heights Estate Home you will be amazed by the sweeping city and ocean views from Diamond Head to Ewa Beach on all three levels. The main level features an open-plan with soaring ceilings, spacious main living area, dining room with seating for 10 guests, gourmet kitchen with Subzero appliances and separate eat-in area and breakfast bar, and Keiki room for kids which could also function as a private office. The main living room features a large cantilevered balcony with two-sided siding doors for unobstructed views of the city and enjoying the cool mountain breezes. Also on the main level is a spacious bedroom with queen bed and private en suite bathroom, and an additional half bath for guests.
Take the open staircase to the upper level to find two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms both featuring separate tubs, showers, double vanities and walk-in closets. One bedroom includes a king bed and the other a queen with both bedrooms affording generous sitting areas. Completing the upper level is a laundry area and reading nook off the staircase. All bedrooms on upper and main levels have air conditioning.
The lower level of this fabulous home includes a huge family room with wet bar, a fourth bedroom with full bed, full bathroom with shower and a covered lanai with grill. All spaces include large sliding glass doors for direct access to the large lap pool equipped with plenty of pool inflatables and heated jacuzzi area. The lower level is not equipped with A/C as it is able to take advantage of the mountain breezes and trade winds for natural cooling.
This is a dream family home, as owner has added pack-n-play, baby tub, toddler cups/plates/utensils, and more for the comfort of home!
This home includes a private driveway and 2 car garage with ample room for additional parking in the driveway. The garage also includes battery charging capacity for electric vehicles. Work out in the garage gym while enjoying the morning breezes or take in views toward the north shore in the evening. The house has plenty of spaces to enjoy and lounge, including 2 living rooms and spacious outdoor sitting area by the pool.
Pacific Heights is a nice quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet just a short drive to downtown Honolulu, Iolani Palace, the financial district, Pali Highway, Waikiki and many other attractions.

We could not have asked for a better experience. The views from the home are breathtakingly beautiful and the central location was perfect. Close enough to whatever you need and yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and downtown Honolulu to truly relax and enjoy your Hawaiian vacation. Alii Beach Rental did a great job hosting us during our stay and were very responsive to each of our questions or requests. I highly recommend this beautiful home. You will not be disappointed.
